Referral Pathways

Referrals are not required to make an appointment, however depending on your personal situation you may see your GP for a referral. If you have any questions, please look at our FAQ page or call the office for assistance on 6545 9212.

We can see patients via the following referral pathways:

Privately
Clients can make appointments without a referral or any private health insurance, full fees apply.  Clients may claim a HICAPS rebate if their health insurance policy includes psychology items. Fees will apply.

Better Access
Referral from GP and completion of a Mental Health Care Plan. Client can claim rebate via Medicare for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Workcover
Sharon is Workcover approved.

CTP
We work with insurance companies to provide support for people affected by MVA’s (motor vehicle accidents) and resulting psychological injuries.

NDIS
Sharon sees clients via NDIS, for NDIS approved clients who are self-managed.
